Andrew Burt
Andrew is the Owner and Director of Burt Plumbing Solutions and is a Certifying Plumber, Certifying Gas fitter and a Certifying Drainlayer. He has over 20 years experience plumbing in New Zealand. Andrew is a natural problem solver which has lead him to success in the trade and more importantly his customer trust and respect. He is extremely proud of his team and strives to deliver his clients the ultimate trade experience.
Alex
Alex is a qualified plumber, gas fitter and drainlayer. He started and completed his apprenticeship with us and even won 'Recently Qualified Master Plumber of the year' in 2024. Alex is a great communicator and customer service comes naturally.
Gene
Gene is a New Zealand licensed plumber, gas fitter and drainlayer. He specialises in residential but has vast experience in commercial plumbing. He is a great team member and enjoys working with clients to achieve an outstanding result!
Walker
Walker is our apprentice plumber, gasfitter and drainlayer - and a seriously valuable part of the team. Young, fit and keen, he’s extremely reliable, well organised, and always happy to help. With a couple of years’ experience in the building industry, Walker is especially skilled on renovations and new builds, and his friendly, professional manner makes him great to deal with on site and with clients.
Gage
Gage is a second generation plumber and has nearly completed his apprenticeship in all three trades, plumbing, gas fitting and drain laying. He puts in the hard yards and likes things done to the highest standard.
Arno
Arno is a qualified plumber and handles many of our larger projects. Always positive and smiling!
Jo
As our Office Manager, she keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes and is often the first point of contact for our clients. With extensive experience in office administration and a natural talent for customer service, Jo makes every enquiry easy and stress-free. Like the rest of our team, customer care is in her blood and our clients absolutely love her.
